Serendipitously, the second mini challenge was completely in line with one of our train of thoughts today, to keep enlisting through the day any serendipitous encounter during the course of the challenge, about which we blogged early on.
The peacock spotting being the first of such serendipitous encounters today.

Sleepy eyed and ready to claw at each other, the early morning blues having gotten to us, as we stumbled through the recommended links, trying to make sense of what we were to be doing for the next 24 hours of our life, suddenly a sight caught our attention. Lo and behold!! A peacock walking right across from where we were sitting, at the reception of our hostel, strutting in full glory!!! Completely taken by surprise, for it is such a rare sighting in our campus, that too right in front of the hostel, we were convinced that it was a sign!!!
Also we are attaching pictures of our sheet that has our other encounters with serendipity since morning !!!! The interesting one being our discovery of the fact, that a team mate’s surname happens to be another version of what the challenge is about- “do it in a day”. Harshal Karwande is the name. Break up Karwande into “KAR-ONE-DAY”. Kar is hindi for “DO” !! ahem ahem :)
